Present a case to the board without moving the patient
Tele-MTB takes the scarcest capability in Indian oncology to the places that do not have it โ for referring physicians, spoke hospitals and patients outside Delhi.
How Tele-MTB works
Submit the case
Send imaging, pathology, molecular reports and treatment history through the referral desk, with the patient's consent.
Preparation
The case is assembled and, where molecular data is missing, the specific assay is named and ordered via OnKommon.
The sitting
The case is presented at the next scheduled board. The referring physician is welcome to attend remotely.
The written plan
A ranked, evidence-cited plan returns to the referring doctor and, with consent, to the patient.
Who uses it
Referring physicians
Physicians outside metros have no route to precision-oncology expertise for a single difficult case. Tele-MTB is that route, and the patient stays yours.
Partner and spoke hospitals
Hospitals can run a molecular tumour board under their own name, with KPCIRC supplying the board and the interpretation. A hub-and-spoke arrangement, not an acquisition.
Send a case to the board
The referral desk triages every case on the first contact and confirms the sitting date.
