Molecular testing, interpreted into a decision
OnKommon is the group's molecular-diagnostics division. KPCIRC consults, decides and researches; OnKommon tests, interprets and monitors. The boundary between them is deliberate.
What the interlock delivers
Comprehensive tumour profiling
One comprehensive molecular profile ordered at the right time, rather than sequential single tests.
Germline and hereditary risk
Panel testing with counselling before and after, and cascade testing offered to the family.
MRD and serial monitoring
Minimal residual disease and molecular trend over time, alongside imaging response.
Liquid biopsy
Non-invasive, repeatable molecular assessment where tissue is unavailable or insufficient.
The research →Pharmacogenomics
Dose and drug-choice information reviewed against the patient's PGx panel.
The molecular report
Interpretation, therapy options, trial matching and access context — a decision, not a data dump.
Molecular diagnostics, the interpretation engine, the biobank, the registry and the data platform belong to OnKommon. KPCIRC does not build them and does not resell them under another name. Wherever a KPCIRC capability depends on testing, interpretation, monitoring or registry data, it is labelled “via OnKommon”.
Ordering a test
Tests are ordered through a KPCIRC consultation, or by a referring physician through the referral desk.
