What you receive, and what to send

The deliverable

  • A written opinion, not a verbal impression
  • A ranked, evidence-cited option set with the rationale for each
  • Trial matching where a biomarker-matched trial is open
  • Access and affordability context, including biosimilar routes
  • A named next step and, where relevant, a warm referral

What to send us

  • All prior imaging and radiology reports
  • Pathology and any molecular reports already done
  • Discharge summaries and treatment records to date
  • A current medicine list with doses
  • The specific question you want answered

A second opinion is never a disparagement of the first, an implied criticism of another institution, or a sales channel dressed as a clinical service. Where the original plan is sound, the deliverable says so.

Request a second opinion

Enquiries are triaged on the first call and routed to the second-opinion desk, not into a general OPD slot.
