What this centre does

Radiological images are quantitative data, not just pictures. This centre extracts computational features from CT, MRI, PET and other imaging and links them to molecular and clinical outcomes, alongside medical-physics work on imaging quality, dosimetry and treatment planning.

Methods

Radiomic feature extraction and harmonisation; deep learning on volumetric imaging; response assessment modelling; dosimetry and treatment-planning analysis.

Data inputs

Imaging from partner radiology providers under a data-sharing agreement; matched molecular and outcome data.

Outputs

Research-use imaging models; radiomic-molecular association studies; publications.

Funding route

Imaging AI grants; collaboration with partner imaging providers and radiation centres.

What has to be true first

A data-sharing agreement with an imaging partner is the gate. Without it this centre has no inputs at all.

Work with this centre
