What this centre does
Tumours are ecosystems of many different cell populations, and that heterogeneity is why treatments fail. This centre integrates single-cell genomic, transcriptomic and other omic layers to map how tumour cell populations differ, evolve and cooperate.

Single-cell RNA and multi-omic analysis; clustering, trajectory and lineage inference; cell–cell interaction modelling; network and pathway-level systems modelling; integration with bulk profiles.
