About Us · KPCIRC

A real clinical establishment with a research institute inside it

Not a virtual platform and not a diagnostics reseller. The judgement, the decision-making and the science are held internally; the capital-heavy procedures are performed by partners.

Vision

To become India's leading precision-oncology institution: a computation-native cancer institute and research centre that makes every evidence-based option accessible to every patient — anchored in molecular diagnostics, computational oncology and translational science, and built to scale across India as a hub-and-spoke digital network.

Mission

To carry a patient from question to answer to action — and to build the science, the tools and the talent to keep doing it better.

The twenty-five-year ambition is framed as a destination, not a claim. The institution wins by compounding the assets that produce scale: a consented genomic-clinical dataset, a defensible interpretation capability, recurring diagnostic and membership revenue, a certified referral network, and an academic engine that supplies its own workforce.

The five strategic pillars

Clinical excellence in precision oncology

Molecular-first care, physician-led boards, second opinions, and a broad OPD that finds cancer earlier than a cancer-only clinic could.

Molecular diagnostics and genomic interpretation

Delivered through the OnKommon interlock — tumour assays, germline, MRD, and the interpretation that turns genomics into a decision.

Translational research and data science

Twelve research centres, a Clinical Trials Unit, outcomes research and a governed data layer, funded by grants and tenders.

Education and workforce

ISAGS and SSBCO with SMSU, clinical fellowships, observerships and CME — building the workforce India needs by 2030.

National access

A hub-and-spoke digital network reaching tier-2 and tier-3 India without building hospitals everywhere.

The operating model

Judgement is what compounds, appreciates and cannot be commoditised. Procedures are capital-hungry, capacity-constrained, and available for purchase from people who already own the machines.

  • Precision & medical oncology consultation
  • All cancer-relevant multi-specialty consultation
  • Molecular tumour board and treatment decisions
  • Genetic counselling and patient navigation
  • The Research Centre — trials, translational, outcomes
  • Second opinions and tumour-board decisions

Partnered or outsourced

KPCIRC consults, decides and researches. OnKommon tests, interprets and monitors. ISAGS and SMSU educate and credential. Partners perform the procedures. Every service resolves to exactly one of those four sentences.

Corporate and divisional architecture

KPCIRC is one division of an operating company inside a group. The boundaries between the divisions are deliberate, and they are maintained in public material.

Cancer patients make life-and-death decisions on the strength of what an institution publishes. Nothing on this site carries a clinical claim that is not physician-reviewed, a diagnostic claim not supported by a validation file, a cure or survival claim of any kind, or a comparison that disparages another provider.
