Hospital partnership

A structured partnership process.

Assess the gap, define the scope, agree the operating model, then deliver and review. Every arrangement is built around real capability, with responsibilities written down before anything is offered to patients.

Six stages

  1. Discovery

Identify patient needs, existing capabilities, service gaps and intended outcomes.

  2. Scope definition

Specify services, eligibility, clinical responsibilities, staffing, location, records, escalation routes and exclusions.

  3. Readiness assessment

Confirm infrastructure, equipment, workflows, emergency arrangements, personnel, permissions and protocols.

  4. Operating agreement

Document roles, accountability, patient communication, referral criteria, fees, billing, record access and incident escalation.

  5. Implementation

Orient relevant teams and activate only the agreed service pathways.

  6. Review

Monitor workflow performance, communication and quality, and whether the arrangement remains suitable.

  • Expected case volumes or activity, if known.

  • Expected service hours, turnaround requirements and communication channels.

Frequently asked questions

Can KPCIRC help if our hospital does not have an in-house MTB?

KPCIRC can discuss a defined case-review pathway. Scope, data requirements, participants, timing and documentation are agreed before cases are submitted.

Can KPCIRC operate day-care or infusion services at our location?

This requires a site-specific assessment. Availability depends on infrastructure, qualified personnel, approvals, protocols and a documented operating arrangement.

Can we start with one service?

Yes. An enquiry can focus on a single defined need. The proposed service is assessed and scoped before implementation.
