Submit a case / report
Send the right information to the right review pathway.
Use this page to start an enquiry about POAS, a Molecular Tumour Board review or another defined clinical-review service. The first step identifies the clinical question and pathway; records are shared later through the approved secure route.

Secure record upload is not enabled on this website
Identifiable patient records are never accepted through public web forms. This page collects an initial, non-identifying enquiry. After the completeness check, the KPCIRC team explains how to share reports through the approved secure route.
