Contact & appointments

If you are not sure what you need, start by sending us what you have. We will tell you which service actually answers your question, including when the answer is "nothing yet".

If this is a medical emergency

Go to your nearest emergency department now. KPCIRC is an outpatient centre and does not provide emergency or inpatient care. If you have severe breathlessness, chest pain, uncontrolled bleeding, a high fever during chemotherapy or a sudden change in consciousness, do not wait for a reply to any message.

A note on the enquiry form

This site currently uses email and phone rather than a web form, deliberately: a form that collects clinical details needs a consent notice, a defined retention period, access control and a named data owner before it goes live. When the form is added, it will sit behind those controls, and it will never ask for anything we do not need.

Complaints & feedback

If something went wrong, tell us

Complaints are logged, acknowledged, investigated and resolved against published response times, with escalation where needed. Incidents and near-misses are reported on a no-blame basis and reviewed monthly.

  • Write to care@kpcirc.org, marked for the grievance officer
  • Or ask at reception for the complaints register
  • Grievance officer: [Name and email, to be confirmed]

Before you visit

What to bring

  • Any histopathology or biopsy report
  • Scan reports and, if you have them, the images
  • A list of treatment so far, with dates
  • Any previous molecular or genetic test reports
  • Your current medicines, or photographs of the strips
  • A family member, if you can, a second person hears things a frightened person does not
Virtual, with the family in the room. Consultations run to your time zone, and the people who make the decision with you can be present.
