Complaints & Grievance Redressal

A complaints process that is hard to find is not a complaints process.

How to raise something

Write to the grievance officer at care@kpcirc.org, or call [Reception number, to be confirmed] during Mon–Sat, 10 am–8 pm, or hand a written note to the front desk. You may complain anonymously, though it limits what we can tell you back.

What happens then

We acknowledge within 48 hours with a reference number. We tell you who is looking at it. We respond substantively within 30 days, and sooner where clinical safety is involved.

A complaint about a clinician is not investigated by that clinician.

What you can expect in the answer

What we found, what we got wrong if we got something wrong, what we are changing, and what we are not changing and why. Not an apology in place of an explanation.

If our answer is not good enough

You may take a clinical complaint to the State Medical Council with which the clinician is registered, and a service complaint to the consumer forum with jurisdiction. A data protection complaint may go to the Data Protection Board of India once our 30 days have run.

We will give you the registration details you need to do any of that. We will not make you ask twice.

The officer

Grievance officer: [Name and email, to be confirmed]
Kwatra Precision Cancer Institute & Research Centre, [Building and street, to be confirmed], Paschim Vihar, New Delhi 110063

Effective 1 September 2026. Reviewed when the law or our practice changes.

This is a draft. It describes how we actually work and is written against the Indian instruments that apply, but it has not yet been settled by a lawyer. Anything in square brackets is a value we are waiting on rather than one we have invented.
