Terms of Use
Short, and written to be read.
This website is information, not care
Everything published here is general patient education. It is not a diagnosis, not a treatment recommendation, and not a substitute for consulting a registered medical practitioner who has examined you. Care begins at a consultation, not on a web page.
Booking through this site
The appointment form sends a request. It does not hold a slot. The front desk confirms the date, the clinician and the fee before you travel. Nothing is charged through this website.
Fees
Fees shown are indicative bands for our own services, effective 1 September 2026, exclusive of applicable taxes, and may change. Investigations, imaging, molecular assays, procedures and medicines are billed separately by the provider that performs them, at that provider's own rate.
You will be given a written estimate before a service begins.
What we publish, and what we will not
We do not publish outcome figures, cure rates, survival benefit, patient testimonials or comparative claims about other institutions. No such claim may be inferred from anything on this site.
Free guides may be downloaded, printed and given to any doctor you like. They may not be resold or republished as someone else's work.
Links to other sites
Where we link to a partner, a laboratory, a registry or a government scheme, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content.
Limits
We take reasonable care that what is published here is accurate and current. Medicine changes, and a page may lag. Nothing here creates a doctor and patient relationship, and no liability is accepted for a decision taken on the basis of this website alone.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi have jurisdiction.
Effective 1 September 2026. Reviewed when the law or our practice changes.
This is a draft. It describes how we actually work and is written against the Indian instruments that apply, but it has not yet been settled by a lawyer. Anything in square brackets is a value we are waiting on rather than one we have invented.
