What things cost, before you commit to anything
Cost shock mid-treatment is the largest single cause of abandoned cancer treatment in India. So the money conversation happens first, in writing.
Why nothing here costs ₹500
A ₹500 consultation buys a prescription. It cannot buy a proper history, an examination, a records review, a written plan and a next step, which is the only kind of appointment we run.
Everything performed elsewhere, assays, imaging, procedures, admission, medicines, is billed to you by whoever performs it, at its own rate. We show you that rate before you commit, and we negotiate it with the provider on your behalf.

Four rules that do not bend
How we price
Nothing is bundled
Consultation, navigation, board review, assay and procedure are five services with five prices. You can buy one without the others.
Published means published
The same service costs the same to everyone. Hardship goes through a documented assistance policy with a named approver, never a discount at the desk.
We find you the rate
Two providers, two quotes, both named. A blended price hides a referral margin, and we will not quote one.
The recommendation is clinical
Where you are treated is decided clinically, and you see each provider’s own rate before you commit. Fee-splitting is prohibited for registered practitioners and we will not construct anything that behaves like it.
If the number is a problem
Say so early
It is a clinical conversation, not an embarrassing one, a patient who stops treatment for money has the same outcome as one whose treatment failed.
- Total course costing before treatment starts, not the price of cycle one.
- Clinically equivalent cheaper medicines, reviewed as a standing board item.
- Government schemes and assistance programmes, with the documentation done for you.
- Tiered testing. Not everyone needs comprehensive profiling.
Three annual tiers, Watch ₹78,000 (includes one ~₹20,000 screening panel per adult), Navigate ₹1,20,000 and Family Shield ₹90,000. A service subscription, not insurance: it never reimburses a treatment cost, and nothing is bundled that is not named. Line-by-line inclusions → · Employer cover →
POAS programme fees, spoke-board fees and partner terms are quoted per contract, they depend on bed count, case volume, spoke sites and modules taken. Ask for a proposal. The POAS programme →

What may and may not be published about fees in India
A working summary of the constraints this site respects, not legal advice. Have your adviser sign off the final wording.
Publish, and in some cases you must
- A rate list for services. Registered clinical establishments are expected to display rates at a conspicuous place, in English and the local language.
- Factual scope of services, what is covered, what is excluded, who provides it, where.
- Process and structure claims: panel composition, quorum rules, evidence tiering, turnaround, governance.
- Qualifications and council registration numbers of named practitioners, once verified.
- Taxes and third-party charges stated separately.
Never publish
- Any claim to cure, prevent, diagnose or treat cancer in an advertisement.
- Outcome figures, cure rates, survival percentages or success language.
- Superiority claims, or comparisons naming another institution.
- Patient testimonials, before-and-after imagery, or promotional case stories.
- Discounts, offers or limited-period pricing on a medical service.
- Any commercial term between KPCIRC and a provider. Those belong in the contract, never on a patient-facing page.
- Consultant remuneration, revenue-share terms or empanelment economics. Those belong in the contract, never on a patient-facing page.
- Prices for services not yet running.
