Care packages
Each package is a defined set of services at a stated price, the same for every patient. Nothing is added at the desk, and nothing is discounted there either.
What a package price does and does not include
Investigations inside a package are performed by the diagnostics partner at partner rates and are included, unless a line says otherwise. Applicable taxes are extra.
Anything found that needs further investigation is a separate service, quoted before it is done.

Consultation, basic blood profile, urine, ECG, BMI and lifestyle counselling, with a written report.

Essential, plus lipid and thyroid profile, HbA1c, liver and renal function, chest X-ray and age-appropriate cancer screening.

Comprehensive
Advanced, plus ultrasound abdomen, echocardiogram or treadmill test, a specialist consultation and a full cancer screening panel by age and sex.

Gynaecology consultation, cervical screening, clinical breast examination, imaging as indicated, and counselling.

Comprehensive geriatric assessment
One visit covering function, cognition, nutrition, falls, polypharmacy and comorbidity, with a consolidated plan, including fitness for cancer treatment.

Physiotherapy course
6 or 12 supervised sessions with assessment and a home programme. The highest-repeat service in the building, and often the whole treatment.

Scheduled dietetic and metabolic follow-up for a year with defined blood tests. Sold at booking, because the follow-up is the treatment.

Annual care plan, surveillance schedule, late-effects screening and structured recall. Renewable for a decade.

- Applicable taxes are extra where levied. Your receipt shows the breakdown.
- Anything found on a package that needs further investigation is a separate service, quoted before it is done.
- The same package costs the same to every patient. Hardship is handled through a documented assistance policy with a named approver, never by discounting at the desk.
