From outside India

An opinion you can act on from anywhere

Most people who write to us from abroad do not need to travel. They need someone to read the file properly and say what it means. That happens remotely, in writing. The first call is free; the opinion itself has a published fee.

Three routes

You do not have to fly to get an answer

Route 01

Remote written opinion

Records reviewed, pathology re-read, molecular strategy stated. Delivered by email in English. Turnaround is per format and is published in the table; the clock starts when the file is complete, not when you pay. No travel at all.

Route 02

Remote board review

Your case listed at a full multidisciplinary board with a video consultation afterwards, scheduled to your time zone. The signed plan is written to be used by your own doctors at home.

Route 03

Travel for treatment

Where treatment in India genuinely makes sense, we plan it before you book a flight, costed, sequenced, with the facility named and the rate agreed.

What arriving actually involves →

Planned before the ticket. Nobody should arrive in Delhi to discover the first appointment is in three weeks.

If you do travel, it is planned first

The commonest failure in medical travel is arriving with an appointment and no plan, then discovering that the scan needs repeating, the blocks were left behind and the quotation was for one part of the course.

  1. Remote review before you commit

We tell you whether travel is justified. Frequently it is not, and we say so.

  2. A costed plan for the whole course

Not the first admission. Total, in writing, with what is excluded named.

  3. Visa documentation

We prepare the clinical documentation a medical visa application needs: the diagnosis summary, the proposed treatment, the expected duration and the estimated cost. The formal invitation letter is issued by the facility admitting you, and we coordinate it.

  4. Arrival sequenced

Appointments, imaging and admission ordered so no day is wasted, with accommodation options near the centre.

  5. A named navigator for the stay

One person, one number, including for the family at home in a different time zone.

  6. A handover home

A discharge and continuation plan written for your own doctors, in English, with the drugs named generically as well as by brand. Continued navigator support afterwards is available as a separate service.
