What this site sets

Nothing. No cookies, no local storage of personal data, no analytics, no advertising pixel, no session recording, no fingerprinting and no third-party tag manager.

What that means

We cannot tell who you are, what else you have read, or that you came back. That is a deliberate choice for a site about cancer, where a browsing history is itself sensitive.

The two exceptions, both harmless

Typefaces are served by Google Fonts, which sees the request for the font file. If you would rather it did not, the site remains fully readable in your system fonts.

A preference you set on this site, such as hiding production notes, is stored in your own browser and never leaves it.

If that ever changes

If analytics is ever added, this page will say so before it is switched on, and it will be opt-in.
